Our team is dedicated to helping our customers achieve their goals through innovative cloud solutions, and we're committed to making a positive impact in the communities we serve. **The Role** As a Customer Engineer in our Security organization, you'll work closely with our Sales team to introduce arenaflex Cloud Security offerings to our customers. You'll help prospective and existing customers, and partners understand the power of arenaflex Cloud Security, developing creative cloud solutions and architectures to solve their business challenges and overcome any potential technical roadblocks. **Key Responsibilities** * Work with Security Sales and arenaflex Cloud teams to identify and qualify business opportunities, understand customer technical and compliance objections, and develop strategies to resolve technical blockers. * Work with all arenaflex Cloud Security products to demonstrate and validate solution benefits in customer and partner environments. * Support arenaflex Cloud Security opportunities and relationships, own technical aspects of solutions, and deliver technical presentations, product and solution briefings, proofs-of-concepts and demos to customers, partners, and stakeholders. * Prepare and deliver product messaging in an effort to highlight our solutions value proposition using techniques including presentations, product demonstrations, white papers, trial management, and response documents. * Travel to customer sites, conferences, and other related events where applicable. **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. * 10 years of experience in security or cloud native architectures in a customer-facing role. * Experience in cybersecurity (e.g., threat detection, malware intelligence, cloud security posture management, or identity and access management systems). * Strong technical background, with a deep understanding of cloud security solutions and architectures. * Excellent problem-solving, communication, presentation, and active listening skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects. **Preferred Qualifications** * Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a technical field. * Certification in the Cloud or Security industry. * Experience implementing security solutions for enterprises (e.g., threat detection and hunting, malware intelligence, cloud security posture management, or identity and access management systems). * Knowledge of product and solution market trends in the cybersecurity industry (e.g., ransomware, attack frameworks, zero trust, etc.). * Ability to speak publicly and deliver technical presentations. * Experience working with public sector institutions, including government agencies, educational institutions, and non-profit organizations. **Skills and Competencies** * Strong technical skills, with a deep understanding of cloud security solutions and architectures. * Excellent problem-solving, communication, presentation, and active listening skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects. * Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical problems and develop creative solutions. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders. * Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Engineering, and Product Management. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
