**Job Responsibilities**
As a Customer Engagement Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Answering and managing incoming calls, emails, and chats to assist customers
* Assessing customers' needs and providing accurate solutions for a positive experience
* Learning and adhering to all customer service procedures and policies
* Striving to exceed personal and team targets, goals, and quotas
* Recording, organizing, and filing customer interactions and profile/account changes
**Essential Qualifications**
* Must be available and punctual for scheduled work shifts
* Exceptional phone and listening skills
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to learn and follow customer service procedures
* Experience in a customer service role preferred
