Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customer Care Professional to join our team as a Client Mind Professional. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences, building strong relationships, and driving sales growth. This is a full-time remote opportunity with a competitive salary range of $25-$35/hour.
Key Responsibilities
- Service inbound calls from entrepreneurs and executives, engaging with them to understand their needs and recommend the right products and services
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services, communicating features, benefits, and other relevant information to clients
- Continuously develop key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding client needs, resolving complaints, and closing deals
- Provide exceptional client care by responding to inquiries about accounts in a fast-paced, organized environment
- Record important account data in accordance with established policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with all administrative and regulatory requirements related to sales and customer service
Essential Qualifications
- At least two years of customer support experience, with a proven track record of building client loyalty through exceptional listening, consultative relationship building, and strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated success in a customer support and sales environment, with a strong ability to work in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required; education benefits available
- Ability to work in an electronic environment with multiple tasks and queues

- Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, with a strong understanding of client needs and pain points
