Key Responsibilities

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN): A degree in nursing is essential for this role, and a BSN is preferred.
- Current CCM Certification: Mandatory certification as a Certified Case Manager (CCM) is required for this position.
