Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Data Entry Analyst to join our team on a full remote basis. As a Data Entry Analyst, you will be responsible for performing data entry tasks, analyzing data, and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data operations. Key Responsibilities

• Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy and efficiency, ensuring data quality and integrity
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and discrepancies, and provide insights to stakeholders
• Utilize Excel and MS Access to manage and manipulate data, creating reports and dashboards as needed
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data operations and resolve data-related issues
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance data entry efficiency and accuracy
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data security protocols

Essential Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience working on a data operations team
• Proven experience with data analysis, including data interpretation and visualization
• Proficiency in Excel and MS Access, with ability to learn new tools and technologies
• Strong attention to detail, with high accuracy and efficiency in data entry tasks
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
• Familiarity with database management systems, such as SQL or Oracle
• Certification in data analysis or a related field
