Job Responsibilities
As a Driver Onboarding Specialist and Data Entry Clerk, your primary responsibility will be to communicate with our delivery professionals and guide them through the onboarding process. Your duties will include:
- Reviewing applications, insurance, and vehicle registration documents for accuracy and eligibility.
- Conducting virtual vehicle safety inspections with qualified driver-applicants (don't worry, we provide training for this).
- Communicating with delivery professionals via text, chat, and email to keep them updated on the status of their applications.
- Ordering driver applicants' pre-employment background checks using our company software.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- An Associate's degree or above (preferred, but not required).
- 1-2 years of experience in recruiting, onboarding, data entry, HR, or customer service (preferred, but not required).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Comfort with smartphone applications and web-based applications.
