Key Responsibilities
- Support the Digital Advertising Manager in creating, executing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across various channels, including paid social, paid search, shopping, discovery, video, and more.
- Review existing campaigns, analyze keywords, ad copy, bid strategies, and creative elements to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize campaign performance.
- Develop and execute media plans, manage automation, audience targeting, and explore in-market trends to drive campaign success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and compliance standards.
- Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and recommend new strategies and tools to improve campaign performance.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field, or 1+ years of experience in digital marketing.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Ads, Google Merchant Center, and Google Tag Manager.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, or Google Suite/Google Slides.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
