We're seeking an experienced data entry specialist to join our team as an Application Administrator. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in ensuring a smooth transition to our new application, providing excellent customer service to minimize downtime and ensure seamless operations for our clients and patients. As a key member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with end-users, assisting them in setting up their organization and user credentials.
**Key Responsibilities**
As an Application Administrator, you'll be responsible for the following key tasks:
* Efficiently manage data entry tasks with precision and speed (minimum of 40 words per minute)
* Demonstrate proficiency in English language skills; bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus
* Utilize Word and Excel effectively for administrative tasks
* Previous experience in tier 1 helpdesk support and triage is advantageous
* Contribute to building tools to migrate organizations, accounts, users, and select Orders components as part of our Beacon-to-Link migration project
* Support our development team's efforts by manually organizing and building users in Link

As part of our Beacon-to-Link migration project, you'll have the opportunity to work on a high-profile initiative that will significantly impact our clients and patients. **Work Schedule**
Shifts will vary between 8AM-5PM, 9AM-6PM, 10AM-7PM, and 11AM-8PM EST to accommodate divisional support needs. As a remote worker, you'll have the flexibility to work from home and manage your schedule to meet the needs of our team.
