Job Overview

As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for efficiently inputting a variety of data into our user interface, including board orders, meeting minutes, press releases, and more. Responsibilities

Analyze documents to identify relevant data to add into our database, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date.

Conduct additional research as necessary to verify the accuracy of data, including contacting data authorities for guidance on how to interpret documents.

Communicate clearly with management, peers, and stakeholders on processes and data acquisition/transformation, providing regular updates and progress reports.

Articulate data transformation processes clearly and concisely, ensuring that all team members understand the procedures and protocols.

Takes on additional periodical and/or ad-hoc projects/tasks as necessary, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Work independently with limited oversight, using self-motivation and discipline to meet quality and efficiency benchmarks.

Utilize provided resources to answer questions and resolve issues, seeking assistance only when necessary.

Complete items within the Data Entry queue, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively to meet deadlines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

High School diploma or GED equivalent.

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Willingness and ability to take ownership and initiative on tasks and projects.

Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office products.
