As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist – Live Chat Support & Data Analysis, you will be responsible for:
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including GSN and AET, to prioritize, define, and analyze data for various use cases as part of the VOC (Voice of the Customer) cease-to-stop technique.
* Developing and maintaining robust data models to aid in fulfilling statistics processing and standardized metric definitions.
