Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our team in a live chat, remote work arrangement. As a key member of our data management team, you'll play a vital role in capturing, processing, and analyzing large datasets to inform business decisions. Key Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify, outline, and capture commercial enterprise needs, leveraging Voice of the Customer (VOC) methods to inform data-driven decisions.
- Designing and building robust data models to support high-quality statistics processing and standardized metric definitions.
- Developing and implementing data transformation solutions using Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python to deliver innovative insights and ensure data accuracy through rigorous testing.
- Providing guidance on data competencies to drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystems.
- Powering consumer tale evaluation and elaboration, design and development of software program programs, checking out, and building automation tools.
- Proactively identifying and automating routine tasks to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Working closely with colleagues from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and review statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC cease-to-stop technique.
Essential and Preferred Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, PySpark, Python, shell scripting languages, development life cycle management, and troubleshooting skills for data-driven tasks, with a minimum of 3+ years of experience.
- Energetic collaboration with dating managers/product owners to translate functional requirements into technical deliverables.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, where small increments of a product are introduced at regular intervals to business groups.
- Prior experience in customer service or data entry roles is preferred.
