About the Role

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Entry Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting our recruiting efforts, identifying and contacting potential candidates, and managing job postings on various portals. Key Responsibilities

• Support the Recruiting area in the identification and initial contact of potential candidates for our searches, using your analytical skills and attention to detail to identify the best candidates for each role.
• Propose new alternatives to identify candidates, thinking creatively and outside the box to come up with innovative solutions.
• Identify opportunities for improvement in the current processes of the area, using your analytical skills to identify areas for improvement and your problem-solving skills to come up with solutions.
• Manage the notices in the different job portals with which we work, ensuring that all job postings are up-to-date and accurate, and evaluating the candidates that apply to them.
• Identify and analyze professional profiles in job portals for the different searches we have open, using your knowledge of the industry and your analytical skills to identify the best candidates.

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong foundation in data entry and analysis, as well as excellent communication and teamwork skills. You will be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work well in a team environment. You will also have advanced English language skills and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Proactivity and ability to work in a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication.
• Marked attention to detail in daily work, with a high level of accuracy and quality in all aspects of your work.
• 1+ previous work experience in a related field (is a plus), with a strong understanding of data entry and analysis principles and practices.
• Advanced English level, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
