Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Assistant Manager with Data Entry Operator responsibilities, including collecting and entering data in databases and maintaining accurate records of clients
- Train, supervise, coach, and counsel team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively
- Lead employees to comply with blithequark's policies and procedures, promoting a culture of accountability and excellence
- Provide consistent employee feedback, maintaining professional composure and confidentiality as appropriate
- Resolve employee issues, escalating to senior leadership as necessary, and ensure that all matters are handled in a fair and timely manner

- Assist employees with credit card and reservation handling duties and inventory reconciliation, ensuring that all financial transactions are accurate and secure
- Conduct regular supply inventory audits and oversee items needed for move-in/out, maintaining adequate stock levels and minimizing waste
- Maintain and order supplies for booths, field office, and other areas as needed, ensuring that all necessary materials are available

Essential Qualifications
