Job Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, data entry, and support to our internal teams. You will work closely with our Attractions Functional Innovation team to deliver elite visitor experiences with interactive and data-driven systems across arenaflex Encounters (DX). As a Key Information Researcher, you will assist in the creation, implementation, and maintenance of data analysis and AI (ML) models for our attractions.
