We're looking for a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our High-Level Examination, Content group. As a Data Analyst, you'll apply advanced analytical techniques to large-scale, high-dimensional data to inform business decisions. You'll work closely with our content team to analyze client behavior, identify trends, and develop new metrics to measure content performance. **Key Responsibilities**
* Apply advanced analytical techniques (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, AI) to large-scale, high-dimensional data to inform business decisions
* Analyze client behavior (e.g., viewing patterns, search queries) to identify untapped client needs and undiscovered content opportunities
* Forecast content engagement to inform purchasing decisions
* Enhance our content launch and episode release strategy
* Test marketing strategies to optimize engagement and retention
* Ideate and develop new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance for both strategic and tactical navigation
* Provide specialized analytical support to partners to drive business growth
* Effectively communicate significant results through compelling data storytelling across the organization
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field
* At least 2 years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on statistical analysis and AI techniques
* Proficiency in SQL and experience with R or Python
* Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and apply creativity to complex problems
