**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our High-Level Examination, Content Group. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for applying advanced analytical techniques to large-scale, high-dimensional data to inform business decisions. You will work closely with our content team to analyze client behavior, identify trends, and develop strategies to improve content engagement and retention.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Apply advanced analytical techniques (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, AI) to large-scale, high-dimensional data to inform business decisions
* Analyze client behavior (e.g., content preferences, viewing patterns) to identify neglected client needs and untapped content opportunities
* Forecast content engagement to inform procurement decisions
* Streamline our content launch and episode release process
* Test marketing strategies to enhance engagement and retention
* Ideate and develop new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance for both strategic and tactical navigation
* Provide specialized analytical support to partners to drive business growth
* Effectively communicate significant results through compelling data storytelling across the organization
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field
* At least 1 year of experience in data analysis
* Proficiency in SQL and experience in R and Python
* Experience in statistical analysis and AI procedures (decision trees, regression, clustering, etc.)
* Proven ability to work independently and apply creativity in solving complex problems
* Exceptional data storytelling skills through verbal, written, and visual communication
