Key Responsibilities
- Build a deep understanding of costing and resourcing data related to internal teams and functional partners
- Support the coordination of high-priority projects that standardize and optimize financial cycles across the organization
- Support internal business workflows, such as management costing, workforce management, and resource planning
- Work with different data systems and provide ad-hoc analysis and reports to support business needs, research, and resolve metrics-based issues
- Document workflows related to key processes, data collection, and maintenance, including tracking significant decisions and changes
- Collaborate with Data Architects and system architects to support documentation and implementations of database designs
- Develop strategic decision-making structures and write scripts that help automate and scale processes
- Refine insights from data and craft compelling messaging for executive audiences
- Support Planning and Delivery Operations with ad-hoc requests from partners
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- 3+ years of experience in informatics, data analysis, data engineering, or technical fields
- A Bachelor's degree in a technical field, such as Information Science, Statistics, Business Finance/Economics, Informatics, or Computer Science
- Experience working with data and data manipulation software like R, SQL, Python; building dashboards using tools like Tableau, Looker, Airtable, Smartsheet
- Understanding of social database design and capability
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
- Demonstrated self-starter with strong strategic fitness, unwavering insight, and excellent communication and direction skills
- Proven collaboration and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to step back and grasp the big picture
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
