Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required, and knowledge of ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) is preferred. You should also have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to work well in a culture that is open, direct, conscious, gracious, and empathetic.
