**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Support Specialist – Voice and Chat, you will be responsible for:
* Responding to inquiries and complaints from customers via voice calls and/or chat in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner
* Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating complex problems to the appropriate department
* Maintaining accurate records of all client interactions and transactions
* Collaborating with the customer support team to ensure timely and efficient issue resolution
* Identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience and communicating these to the team
**Essential Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Native Speaker level proficiency in Filipino and English
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, marketing, communication)
* 2 years of experience in a customer support role
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

* Experience using customer support software (e.g. Gorgias, etc.)
