Key Responsibilities

- Evaluate technical issues, offer solutions over the phone whenever possible, and escalate to the Service Manager as needed
- Accurately record customer concerns and information into the Dealer Management System, demonstrating strong attention to detail
- Manage transactions, guide customers through repairs, and summarize work performed
- Keep customers informed about completion times, provide regular updates, and ensure thorough follow-up on the vehicle's status
- Efficiently organize vehicle details pre-delivery and coordinate delivery/pickup times with customers; follow up to ensure their satisfaction with the services offered
What You'll Bring to the Table
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures, including experience with tools, materials, and processes
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions with meticulous attention to detail, and proficiency in Dealer Management System(s), Outlook, and MS Office
- Proactive willingness to learn emerging automotive technologies
- Ability to manage multiple priorities to meet business-critical deadlines
- A valid driver's license is required
