**Key Responsibilities**
* Answer incoming calls, emails, and chats in Lithuanian and Russian, providing timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries
* Provide technical and non-technical assistance to arenaflex clients, leveraging your knowledge and expertise to resolve complex issues
* Develop and implement efficient solutions to customer inquiries, ensuring that every interaction is a positive experience
* Treat customers with respect, following arenaflex policies and procedures, and maintaining a high level of professionalism in all interactions
* Collaborate with the team to achieve customer satisfaction goals, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive continuous improvement
**Essential Qualifications**
* Fluency in Lithuanian (C1) and a good command of Russian and English (B2)
* Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment (not required but an asset)
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
* Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience in the technology industry or a related field
* Knowledge of arenaflex products and services (not required but an asset)
* Certification in customer service or a related field (not required but an asset)
