**Job Summary**
As a Customer Support Representative with arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in providing authentic, quick, and helpful support experiences for our customers. **Key Responsibilities**
* Answer incoming calls and provide high-quality support to our customers, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Take ownership of customer issues and follow problems through to resolution, ensuring that customers receive the support they need to resolve their problems
* Work closely with supervisors and shift leads to ensure customer satisfaction and a productive work environment
* Continually learn about our products and services to enhance your knowledge and better support our customers
* Learn from others and develop yourself as a customer support representative, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
**Requirements**
* 1+ years of experience in a customer support role, preferably for a technology product or service
* Quiet dedicated workspace in your home, free from distractions (please note, you cannot be a primary caregiver during your shifts)
* Exceptional communication skills and the ability to react quickly when speaking with customers
* Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to talk customers through situations clearly and accurately
* Enthusiastic and can-do attitude that radiates positivity and dedication to each customer
* Previous experience with Calabrio, Gladly, Maestro, or other call center software preferred

* Quarterly performance-based bonus potential
