- Log and track user issues in a meticulous and organized manner, utilizing ticket tags to ensure that serious and recurring technical issues are escalated to the Support Manager
- Verify that all projects released through arenaflex distribution meet the required standards before delivering them to DSPs, ensuring the highest quality and accuracy
- Communicate proactively with users when issues arise, working collaboratively to resolve problems and ensure client satisfaction
- Deliver arenaflex releases to DSPs, ensuring timely and efficient distribution of music content
