Key Responsibilities: Where You Will Shine
- Handle a diverse range of customer inquiries via online chat, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Offer accurate and up-to-date information about our products and services through online chat interactions.
- Skillfully extract appointment information to schedule appointments and capture customer contact details for lead generation.
- Summarize customer interactions based on their needs, ensuring seamless client review and follow-up.
- Continuously develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge base of our evolving products and services.

Essential Qualifications
- Basic internet and Windows-based computer skills, with the ability to quickly adapt to new software and technologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a positive and professional demeanor.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with a strong capacity to multitask and manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
- Flexibility to attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday - Saturday, between 10am-6:30pm CST.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry, although not necessary, is highly valued.
- Gaming experience or a proven ability to multitask, which can enhance your performance in handling multiple chat interactions.
