Job Outline and Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Associate at arenaflex, you will be responsible for supporting the arrangement and utilization of representative help benefits, manager benefits, and social medical advantages. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Taking care of inbound calls from individuals and client initiative in a high-volume, quick-moving call community climate.

Required Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 4 years of client assistance and call center experience.
- 4 years of involvement with a social, mental, or human help field, providing client support.
- Essential PC information, including Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel, Teams, etc.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Work-From-Home Requirements
To work from home as a Customer Support Associate, you will need:
- A dedicated workspace, free from distractions, in a room with a door that closes, to maintain part confidentiality.
- A reliable computer and internet connection, with a minimum download speed of 400mbps and upload speed between 10-20mbps.
- A broadband or fiber association, with a 4-port modem set up by your internet service provider.
- Ability to sit for long periods, with dual screens and a headset.
