Key Responsibilities
- Offer timely and professional support to arenaflex merchants via email and phone, addressing their technical issues related to inventory and order management, sales tax, and compliance.
- Provide expert guidance on handling orders, maintaining merchant accounts, and resolving complex issues through proper escalation channels when necessary.
- Meet and maintain outstanding performance metrics, including quality, productivity, and first contact resolution, to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.

- Proven experience of at least 1 year in a frontline, outer-facing role requiring email, voice, or message board-type interactions with clients, preferably in a technical support process for web-enabled software products or services.
