**Customer Support Advocate Role**
As a Customer Support Advocate at arenaflex, your primary responsibility will be to provide an excellent experience to our customers by delivering answers to customer inquiries and helping troubleshoot various issues for a segment of our product suite. You will be the face of arenaflex, and your interactions with customers will be the key to building trust and loyalty. Your role will involve:
* Offering customer solutions through email, chat, and phone services
* Training and helping customers adapt to new software and updates that get pushed out frequently
* Tracking issues/bugs that customers are experiencing and communicating accordingly
* Helping brainstorm and create better and more efficient processes for the team
* Other duties and special projects as assigned
**What We're Looking For**

**Technical Qualifications**

* Comfort with technology and software services
* Excellent written/verbal communication skills

* Empathy and patience with customers
* Ability to manage yourself in a fully remote environment

* A willingness to learn and adapt quickly to new updates/changes
* Highly competent/comfortable with technology and web-based software's
* Ability to write in explanatory and procedural styles for multiple audiences
**Office Requirements**
As a fully distributed team, we work remotely from the United States, Tunisia, and Tennessee (USA). Our office requirements include:
* 9:00a-5:30p Pacific Standard Time, with 1-2 weekend shifts a month
* A stable work environment with designated workspace and access to high-speed internet
* We will provide all necessary equipment
* US-based and legally able to work full-time in the US. Sponsorships are not available at this time
