Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Customer Support Account Representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our Business Backing Tasks group, you will play a vital role in partnering with our Customer Support Account Managers (CSAMs) to drive record management and process improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities
- Partner with CSAMs to drive record management and process improvement initiatives, with a focus on performance and execution
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Supply Request Execution, Logistics, Account Receivable, and Customer Support Account Managers to ensure seamless execution, delivery, and payment of products
- Present key insights, metrics, and performance plans to management and partners, leveraging data and analysis to inform decision-making and drive business outcomes
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with CSAMs, Channel affiliate partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and drive results
- Attend regular calls and record reviews with affiliate partners to ensure open communication and issue resolution
- Manage the execution of the Order Stream Cycle with affiliate partners, from order booking through delivery, to ensure optimal customer service levels are achieved
- Own post-bill, backend business health metrics and KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing process enhancements to drive business growth
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Math, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience in Operations/Supply Chain
- 1-3 years of experience in operations or a related field, with a strong understanding of the order cycle and execution process
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
- Proficiency in SAP and Excel, with the ability to generate reports on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on results and a willingness to adapt to changing business requirements
Preferred Qualifications
