About the Role

As a Customer Success Associate at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in helping student loan borrowers navigate our innovative tools and enroll in federal forgiveness and repayment programs. As the first point of contact for our users, you will work directly with borrowers to understand their needs and provide personalized support. With comprehensive training and hands-on experience, you will quickly become an expert in the student loan landscape and contribute to the development of new features and offerings that address the evolving needs of our users.

Recommended Experience and Qualifications

arenaflex is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Associate with at least one year of relevant work experience. Experience in start-ups, finance (including financial aid or fintech), government programs, or customer support is highly desirable.
