Key Responsibilities
As a customer solutions representative at blithequark, your primary focus will be on providing outstanding customer service over the phone, ensuring that all customer inquiries and requests are handled efficiently and accurately. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Answering inbound phone calls to schedule jobs and handle customer service inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Initiating outbound phone calls for the scheduling of service calls, ensuring that all customers are informed and up-to-date on their service requests
- Dispatching the correct technician to each job, taking into account qualifications, geography, and customer preferences
- Utilizing Service Titan and ClearPath software to effectively plan and dispatch jobs, ensuring that all details are accurate and up-to-date
- Proactively communicating with customers regarding estimated arrival times, technician details, and other relevant information
- Communicating with technicians regarding availability, expected completion time, and other essential details
- Ensuring the accuracy of details on all scheduled calls, including customer name, phone number, address, and other relevant information
- Performing a variety of administrative duties as requested by your direct supervisor and other managers within the company
- Collaborating with service technicians and various customers, including residential and commercial clients, to ensure seamless service delivery
- Other duties as assigned, demonstrating your versatility and willingness to work within constantly changing priorities
Essential and Preferred Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience in a customer service environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, technicians, and other stakeholders
- Attention to detail, with the ability to manage priorities and workflow in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels, demonstrating empathy, understanding, and professionalism
- Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities, adapting to new situations and challenges
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn and utilize new software and systems
- Ability to work from home efficiently, with a reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace
- Ability and willingness to work nights and weekends, including evening shifts from 3:30 pm to 12:00 am, Tuesday through Saturday
Preferred qualifications include:
- Previous dispatch experience, with knowledge of Service Titan and ClearPath software
- Plumbing, Electric, and HVAC experience, with a strong understanding of the services and products offered by blithequark
- Experience working in a fully remote environment, with the ability to self-motivate and manage your time effectively
