As a Customer Services Representative at arenaflex, you will be part of a dynamic and inclusive team that values diversity and promotes a culture of belonging. You will work in a hybrid environment, spending 2 days in our office in Watford and 3 days working from home, providing you with the flexibility and autonomy to manage your workload effectively.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills in Spanish, Portuguese, and English, both verbal and written. You should be able to remain calm and demonstrate resilience during pressurized situations, and be computer literate with experience using MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and a CRM system. You should also be able to effectively multi-task, navigating between programs to access customer data and input text whilst providing real-time care instructions. Basic to intermediate level math skills are required to assist customers with their vital statistics.
