Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at the Los Angeles International Airport (LAX). As a Customer Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and training Customer Service Agents, Operations Agents, and Skycaps to ensure the safe and efficient operation of our airport station. You will serve as a leader, observing and offering guidance, ensuring safety and compliance procedures are followed, and communicating effectively with your team and other departments.
