**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Specialist in our Scheduling Department, you'll be responsible for:
* Handling and resolving email requests from dedicated clients and interpreters related to scheduling, serving as the first point of contact.
* Assisting in answering clients/interpreters calls, when needed, providing exceptional customer service and support.
* Efficiently inputting data and maintaining accurate database information, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
* Performing other duties and responsibilities as requested by leads, Assistant Manager, or Scheduling Manager.
* Managing all inbound interpreter calls and inquiries, providing timely and effective support.
* Managing all inbound interpreter calls, emails, and securing interpreters to cover appointments, ensuring seamless scheduling and communication.
* Managing all appointments for a dedicated client, meeting both arenaflex and client service levels for securing interpreters to appointments.
* Performing other duties as assigned by management.
**Skills and Abilities**

**Experience Requirements**
We're seeking a candidate with:
* 2 years of experience in customer service, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and support.
* 2 years of experience working in a fast-paced office environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
* Exceptional data entry and accuracy skills, with a focus on attention to detail and data integrity.
* Professional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
* Organized and motivated, with excellent follow-through, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
* The ability to work independently while remaining an effective and efficient member of cross-functional teams.
* The ability to analyze problems and develop processes to alleviate problems, with a focus on continuous improvement.
