About the Role

- Follow the company's guidelines in answering calls and taking messages, and be available to assist in any department of the store, if necessary
- Achieve excellence in a rapid environment with precision, multitasking efficiently, and delivering excellent results even in stressful situations
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a strong foundation in basic math and the ability to apply mathematical concepts to real-world problems
- Have a prior track record of customer support and a passion for delivering exceptional service
- Be able to multitask efficiently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Have the capability to lift and move objects weighing up to 60 pounds occasionally, and up to 30 pounds frequently
- Be able to stand, walk, reach, balance, and climb for extended periods, and manipulate and feel objects using hands and fingers
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred:
- Forklift certification solely through blithequark's training program
- Previous experience working in a retail environment, preferably in a customer-facing role
