Key Responsibilities

- Troubleshoot and resolve customer-impacting issues, including voice and data problems that span multiple networks and elements.
- Engage with Tier 3 support, third-party vendors, and suppliers as needed to address issues and provide customer resolution.
- Handle wireless local number portability (WLNP), relocations, combined bill support, after-hours inquiries, and pre-paid service.
- Get customers up and running with the latest products and services, such as air cards, USB devices, and blithequark-provided software and applications.
- Meet monthly sales goals and deliver personalized recommendations to customers.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
