Key Responsibilities:
- Assist members with their pharmacy benefit plans, addressing questions and concerns regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions
- Take inbound calls and provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that our members understand their coverage and options
- Service a variety of clients and call types, including Commercial, Medicare Part D, Medicaid, and specific client groups
- Receive comprehensive training to upskill and assist with client and member inquiries as business needs arise
- Offer solutions to simplify our members' healthcare experience, leveraging your skills and knowledge to make a positive impact
Essential Qualifications:
- 1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military setting
- Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to problem-solve in a positive, productive manner
- Comfortable relating to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates genuine concern for improving their quality of life
- Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards
- Ability to exhibit patience, empathy, and confidence
- Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism
- Strong oral, interpersonal, and communication skills
- At least 6 months of healthcare experience
