Position Summary
As a Customer Service Representative with Blithequark's Caremark Member Operations division, you will play a critical role in assisting members with their pharmacy benefit plans. Your responsibilities will include:
- Taking inbound calls from members and answering questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail-order prescriptions
- Providing solutions to help simplify members' healthcare experiences
- Servicing a variety of clients and call types, including Commercial, Medicare Part D, Medicaid, and specific clients
- Receiving comprehensive training to upskill and assist with client and member inquiries as business needs arise
Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Responding to member inquiries via phone, providing accurate and timely information about their pharmacy benefit plans
- Resolving member issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Utilizing computer systems and software to access member information and provide solutions
- Documenting member interactions and maintaining accurate records
- Collaborating with colleagues and management to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Essential Qualifications:
- 1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military experience
- Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associates degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to problem-solve in a positive and productive manner
- Comfortable relating to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving the customer quality of life
- Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards
- Ability to exhibit patience and empathy and express assurance and confidence
- Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism
- Strong oral, interpersonal, and communication skills
- At least 6 months of healthcare experience

Compensation and Benefits
Our pay rates start at $17.50 per hour, with a typical pay range of $17.00 - $25.65 per hour. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:
