Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming contacts for a variety of arenaflex brands, assisting customers with their booking needs or questions
- Process reservation requests and support basic loyalty and customer care requests
- Identify guest reservation needs and follow sales techniques to maximize revenue
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures for special booking rules and requests, loyalty guidelines, and case management
- Provide customer support through assistance and guidance in issue resolution, and open communication with arenaflex properties, related company contacts, and third parties
- Maintain a safe, secure, and ergonomically appropriate work environment, free from interruptions
- Work directly with your Internet Service Provider (ISP) for set up and support, ensuring minimum requirements of 3 Mbps download speed and 1 Mbps upload speed are met
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- No related work experience is required, as we provide comprehensive training
- No supervisory experience is necessary
- No license or certification is required
