Key Responsibilities

Operations
- Provide customers with courteous, friendly, and efficient service, ensuring that every interaction is positive and professional.
- Recommend products and services to customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell relevant items.
- Register customer purchases on assigned cash register, collecting payment and distributing change as required.
- Maintain a clean and well-merchandised store environment, taking inventory and maintaining records as required.
- Implement company asset protection methods to minimize losses and ensure compliance with national and local laws and regulations.
- Construct and maintain displays, including promotional, seasonal, and sale products, completing resets and revisions as directed.
- Assist with the separation of food items, product placement, and inventory rotation, using the first-in, first-out method and restocking items as required.
- Provide technical support and assistance with store systems and equipment, ensuring that all technology is functioning correctly and efficiently.
- Assume responsibility for net pickup duties, monitoring orders, filling orders, and providing customers with their purchases in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and well-organized store environment, ensuring that all areas are tidy and well-maintained.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures, maintaining respectful relationships with colleagues and customers.
Training and Personal Development
- Attend training sessions and complete PPLs as requested by management or assigned by corporate, ensuring that you have the skills and knowledge required to excel in your role.
Essential Qualifications
- Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
- Requires willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
- Prefer previous work experience with arenaflex, with a strong understanding of our company culture and values.
- Prefer to be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
- Requires willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
