**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support and guidance to our clients, including US Government (USG) and enterprise clients. You will work closely with our sales and account management teams to identify and resolve customer issues, and provide proactive support to prevent potential problems. You will be the subject matter expert on business record and billing issues, and will be responsible for communicating complex technical information to clients in a clear and concise manner.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and chat
* Respond to and resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
* Collaborate with sales and account management teams to identify and resolve customer issues
* Proactively assist clients with preventing potential problems and issues
* Communicate complex technical information to clients in a clear and concise manner
* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex's products and services

**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, communications, computer science)
