You will provide excellent customer service for high-volume inbound provider calls, conduct extensive claims research on multiple platforms, and use customer service threshold framework to make financial decisions to resolve member issues. **Required Qualifications:** To be successful in this role, you must: * Live in the state of Oklahoma full-time * Have familiarity with Microsoft Office products * Have experience in a highly transactional call center environment * Possess excellent customer service and critical thinking skills * Have high-speed internet access (25 mbps or higher) and a consistent connection * Set up your work location with a direct connection to the router (not Wi-Fi) **Preferred Qualifications:** While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: * Education: High School diploma or GED equivalent * Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the healthcare industry * Skills: Proficiency in multiple software applications, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office **Training and Development:** As a new hire, you will be required to attend 4 weeks of virtual training between the hours of 8-5 CST.
