Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team as a Virtual Assistant and Client Support Specialist. Key Responsibilities
- Offer friendly and professional support to clients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure the success of our organization and provide a seamless customer experience
- Handle all aspects of customer interactions, including ticketing, registration, baggage handling, and resolving complaints and issues
- Process transactions, handle cash, checks, credit cards, travel vouchers, and coupons, and balance daily transactions
- Check in baggage and freight, answer phone calls, and provide information to guests, page clients, resolve issues, and assist as needed
- Manage difficult customer situations, including oversells, delayed or canceled flights, lost, delayed, or damaged baggage, and resolve issues quickly and within established guidelines
- Provide current and accurate information on fares, schedules, reservations, flight arrival/departure times, and answer general questions from clients and other airport visitors
- Complete forms and reports as required by the organization and maintain a well-groomed appearance in accordance with the arenaflex Representative Handbook and Work Agreement
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to type or use a computer keyboard with adequate speed to meet the needs of the job
- Ability to understand documents, follow instructions, learn and understand ticketing procedures, rules, and regulations
- Ability to work collaboratively with others as part of a team, meet the public, and work under stressful conditions
- Ability to complete the Customer Service Specialist training program with an 80% or higher average and a probationary period
- Ability to be aware of hazardous situations and handle emergencies on a case-by-case basis
- Ability to work under close time constraints to achieve quick turns of aircraft
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field
- Knowledge of the airline industry or a similar field
- Ability to speak multiple languages
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $35-$40 per year, as well as opportunities for future increases based on performance and experience. Our benefits package includes:
