**Principal Duties and Responsibilities:**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service through inbound calls, live chat, and email correspondence, ensuring efficient, accurate, and courteous interactions
* Processing product orders and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, utilizing multiple screens, systems, and websites
* Assisting customers, sales reps, and management with order-related issues, providing clear and concise information to ensure accurate billings and shipments
* Analyzing and reviewing customer requests for return authorization and credits, maintaining effective communication to resolve issues promptly
* Providing technical and product information to respond to customer inquiries, showcasing your expertise and passion for arenaflex brands
* Participating in special projects, such as social media customer service, warranty claims, and other initiatives to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
**Requirements:**
To succeed in this role, you'll need to:
* Reside in Wisconsin or North Carolina
* Be at least 18 years of age
* Work a minimum of 20 hours per week between 7:00am and 6:30pm CST
* Possess strong computer skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
* Have reliable internet and a quiet workspace with minimal distractions
**Hiring Range:**
Our hiring range for this position is $13.80 USD - $17.25 USD per hour, determined by market pay data and compliant with local, state, and federal laws.
