Key Responsibilities
- Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to address their questions and/or concerns.
- Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues.
- Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate.
- Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments.
- Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes.
- Provide feedback on call issues.
- Upsell if required.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Proven call center experience.
- Entry-level network troubleshooting skills, including the ability to set up a home Wi-Fi network, set up and configure a router or switch, and core proficiency with a laptop or desktop computer.
- Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to type at least 25 words per minute.
- Comfortable with desktop computer systems and have general knowledge of Windows-based systems.
- Customer service and/or sales experience preferred.

To work from home with blithequark, you will need to meet the following requirements:
- Internet Requirements:
- Minimum subscribed download rate equal to or exceeds 15.0 Mbps.
- Minimum subscribed upload rate equal to or exceeds 5.0 Mbps.
- ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms.
- Internet connections cannot be Satellite, Mobile Data (5G, 4G, 3G hotspots), P2P or VPN.
- Proof of internet speed required.
