Essential Qualifications
To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box

- Availability to work a set schedule, including weekends, holidays, and additional hours as required
- Residency in Florida, Tennessee, or Virginia, with a dedicated workspace that meets our system requirements

System Requirements
To ensure you can provide an exceptional customer experience, you'll need to meet our system requirements, including:
- A self-provided computer or laptop, running a Microsoft Operating System, not older than 3 years
- A headset compatible with blithequark specifications
- A high-speed internet connection, with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload
- A dedicated workspace that is quiet, private, and free from distractions
Training and Development
At blithequark, we're committed to your growth and development. You'll begin your journey with a paid training period, where you'll learn about our products, services, and systems. Our comprehensive training program includes:
- A six-week training schedule, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm ET
- Ongoing coaching and feedback sessions to ensure your success

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive compensation package, including:
- A starting rate of $15.00 per hour
- Automatic increases in pay every 6 months for 2 years
