As a Ticket/Gate Agent, you'll be responsible for:
* Greeting customers and guiding them through the check-in and boarding process
* Assisting passengers with ticketing and baggage check-in

* Tagging and lifting baggage from scales to conveyor belts (up to 70 pounds)
* Operating loading bridges
* Opening, closing, and securing aircraft doors
* Escorting unaccompanied minors and disabled passengers throughout the airport
* Scheduling is based on operational needs, with shifts ranging from early morning to overnight
