The Role and Responsibilities
- Thoughtfully assisting clients with post-demand issues, such as moving inquiries, damages, returns, replacements, assembly services, and order alerts
- Managing a high volume of calls, with an average of 50-60 calls per shift, in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Meeting our unparalleled performance bar by exceeding customer satisfaction, achieving client support efficiency metrics, and meeting various commitments as assigned
- Masterfully engaging with clients to build relationships and address their concerns, including returns, replacements, shipping, product availability, and order status
- Listening attentively and showing empathy to understand client concerns and leveraging internal resources to find the most appropriate response to address their anxiety
- De-escalating client concerns by using your skills to mediate and find solutions that meet the client's needs while consistently remaining calm and composed
- Issue-solving using a non-scripted approach, thinking critically to handle client issues in a first-contact resolution methodology
- Being adept and performing multiple tasks, including navigating various software programs, tabs, and tools, and isolating requests to quickly and accurately answer questions
- Raising principal issues to help us continually improve and proposing examples with the organization to enhance the client experience
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Hold a High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Be able to read, write, and communicate fluently in Spanish and English
- Have experience working with Windows Operating Systems or equivalent
- Be available to attend our 100% required training, which cannot be missed or rescheduled
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in software programs and tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
