As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be the face of our organization, influencing the member experience through your interactions and ensuring that our members receive the care and support they need.
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries and resolving issues via phone, web, or written correspondence. You'll engage with, counsel, and educate members based on their unique needs, preferences, and understanding of blithequark plans, tools, and resources. This is a 24/7 customer support inbound call operation, and we're looking for candidates who can work any shift, including weekends and holidays.

The salary range for this position is $30-$41 per hour, depending on experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.
