**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, you will play a critical role in providing phone support to our customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner. **Key Responsibilities**

**Requirements**
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, healthcare)
* 2+ years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a healthcare or insurance setting
