**The Role:**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be a vital part of our customer-facing team, responsible for:
* Serving as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, providing exceptional service, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

**Qualifications:**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* To be at least 18 years of age
* A High School Diploma or equivalent
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to remain engaged on the phone throughout your shift
* Computer/technology savvy, with the ability to smoothly operate multiple windows and tabs while providing Best-In-Class Customer Experience
* A Typing Assessment will be required as part of the application process
